Title:
Problem translating a text containing a dynamic bind
Status in LoCo Directory:
Fix Committed
Bug description:
Hello,
Hope that this is the correct place to report this "bug". There is a
small problem translating following texts in French:
417. For more information on getting reapproved, the LoCo Council has created the
418. LoCo Team Reapproval
419. page.
We suppose that these 3 texts are in relation, and have been split to
render the text "LoCo Team Reapproval" as a bind to the corresponding
page.
But in French it's not possible to put the word "page" in last
position. We have to put it before the bind. Something like:
"... has created the page <name of the page>".
So giving translations in current order would not make sense in a
French phrase. Could you please change these 3 texts in a single text,
something like:
"the LoCo Council has created the %s page" (where %s would be the
bind) ?
Thank you.
Best regards
Enrico
