[Bug 758053] [NEW] No easy way to find a Past Meeting
Public bug reported:
There is currently no easy way to find past meetings within the loco
directory.
On the main team page (i.e. http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/ubuntu-au ), under the "Upcoming Events:" header we have the following options:
All Events
All Meetings
Past Events
RSS Feed
iCal Feed
Not only are the "All Events/Meetings" links wrongly named (they only
show Future events), but there is no option for Past Meetings to go with
the Past Events. Most people will click on the "All Meetings" link, not
see any past meetings and assume that there aren't any.
My solution would be to add another section below "Upcoming Events" to
say something like "Archives" which contains the links to Past Events
and Past Meetings. Maybe you could even show the last 5-10 past events &
meetings. It would make it so much easier to find past meetings & events
if you could quickly the last couple which happened without needing to
dig down a couple of pages.
** Affects: loco-directory
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
