Public bug reported:

if you try to create a team, one of the fields is "contact"  which is optional.  if you fill it in though, you need to put a valid email address  in however, you cant re-use an existing address
e.g. if I create a team and put my address I get this:-
username@xxxxxxxxxx is already registered in Launchpad and is associated with User Name.

This has a knock on effect with loco teams and the loco directory,  when
we want to contact a team contact it's not pulling that in from LP as it
most cases it's empty.  It would be great if you were creating a " LoCo
Team" this could be made workable in some way.
