Public bug reported:

I searched for "boston" and the MA loco did not come up. If I search for
a major town or city (ie. capital of the state for instance), at least
that states loco should come up.

 I think maybe adding some place for tags or locations or so may help
fix this bug. for super bonus points, linking it in to some listing of
places in that loco's state or area would be super cool.
