Geing Started with Ubuntu 13.10, Chapter "Working with Ubuntu", p.75

In #1124. "You can make an image file of your data as well An image is a
single-file representation of the contents of the disk."

There is something missing between "as well" and "An image is..."?  I
guess, capital letter here means that it's beginning of new sentence?
