Public bug reported:

When copying an event, if the event being copied starts at 12pm (12:00),
when copied, in the copy it will change to start time of 1pm (13:00).

When copying an event, the (default) start and end times should remain
the same (not doing so tends to cause errors, e.g. when I copy event
that runs from 12:00-13:00 and if I don't catch that change, it ends up
then being saved as running 0 length of time from 13:00-13:00 within the
date set on the copy).
