This bug still exists.  As new members take over events, there names
cannot be inserted and we are left with an old and in some cases very
outdated name.

  Cannot add a new name for an contact individual

Bug description:
  When trying to add a new event, I am unable to add a new name as
  contact for the event.  There should be a way to add new names for
  events because newer members take over and run events.
