is looking for Supybot documentation. That document is partially
outdated and documents plugins, which aren't shipped with Supybot.

We usually refer to Gribble wiki
http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/gribble/ and Limnoria
documentation http://supybot.fr.cr/doc/ whenever people are looking for
documentation.
