This is an old bug, but I've subscribed ubuntu-bots as a target project
here.  The supybot bug part should be "Invalid", because Encyclopedia's
not a supybot-included plugin.

  I'm running 9.10, upgraded from a fresh install of 9.04.

  $ dpkg-query -W supybot

  supybot 0.83.4.1.ds-2

  I am using some plugins from Launchpad:
