[Bug 1307770] Re: [Bantracker] bans.cgi?log=foo should show comments
I'd like to see this too, but as things are now logs are publicly
accessible (even if we don't advertise that they are) and comments
should not be. So either logs should be hidden from anonymous users (if
that option is set) or comments could be conditionally included if the
user is logged in.

Bug description:
The detail view for bans, which shows the channel log, should also
show existing comments. This page is linked on IRC by ubottu when
asking ops to review bans, and it's a lot easier to review bans if you
can see comments.
(This bug should be set to Wishlist. I'm going to pull the source and
look at how hard it would be to do now.)
