It's good that he marked the bug "Invalid". However, this bug doesn't
reflect much on how Nick judges setting status/importance of bug
reports.

Hrm, Nick asked the reporter to post a screenshot of the translation
error but a screenshot was already provided. This bug has since sat in
an Incomplete state waiting for a screenshot that was already provided.
I'd like to see how Nick would continue triaging the bug (for ex what
status and importance he'd choose etc).

It was good he commented that this was more of a support issue and
directed him to the forums. However, when the reporter replied asking
how to unsubscribe from the bug it would have been nice for Nick to tell
him how to do this just so the reporter would know for future reference.

Hrm, the reporter commented that this bug was resolved with the Hardy
kernel but still an issue in Gutsy. This will probably not qualify for
a Gutsy SRU. The reporter also comments they are using the Hardy kernel
from a Gutsy install, it would be good to inquire why they haven't fully
upgraded to Hardy. Also, kernel bugs should only be assigned to the
kernel team once the status and importance have been set. From the
activity log it looks like Nick just assigned the kernel team but left
the bug in a New/Undecided state. Additionally, Nick didn't ask for any
of the minimal kernel debugging information,
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeamBugPolicies , as typically requested
by the kernel team.

He commented that this is a "Wishlist" report but marked it "Invalid".
Otherwise it was nice he pointed them to brainstorm.ubuntu.com

I'll have to Nack this application as well. I think he needs to do a
little more triaging. It would be good to see how he does with setting
Status/Importance of bugs. It would also be good to see how he goes
about getting more debugging information from reporters as well.

Thanks,
Leann
