Hola!

Jonathan is certainly flooding my inbox with bug mails (I don't really think 
that this makes me want to vouch though ;-).

He knows very well how bug triaging works and since he is heading towards MOTU 
status he also understands very well what matters and which informations are 
necessary for deveopers to get an issue resolved in the most convenient way.

Please consider this signed mail as vouch for his qualifications in bug 
triaging.
