Thanks for assigning this to the right package, that is very valuable.
It'd be helpful to look at the hardware and drivers people are having
issues with and ensuring they are all the same and if so documenting
them in the bug description.

This seems fine. However, you indicated that you tagged it accordingly,
however the bug report has the tag 'regression' which is not listed at
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Tags. A more appropriate tag would be
'regression-release' since it did not occur in one release but does in
another. Could you fix this up accordingly? Additionally, I'd look for
other bug reports regarding 40 wire versus 80 wire cables.

This looks good, its unfortunate we never got any specific information
about the reporter's hardware.

This looks fine, I personally might have included some detailed
information about the package version in Jaunty. For example, if you
used 'rmadison btnx-config' I would have just included that output. It
is interesting to note that the upstream Debian bug task is Fix
Committed and not Fix Released. I wonder if that is an issue with the
Launchpad bug tracker that needs reporting.

This looks great, thanks for collecting all the information and then
adding them as attachments as this makes them quite easier to parse.

Based on the positive feedback of other reviewers of your application
and my review of it I am approving your membership in the Bug Control
team. Thanks for helping out and welcome!
