That would be fine. One thing to keep in mind is that Incomplete is
broken up into two parts - Incomplete with Response and Incomplete
without Response. While these are not visible when looking at
individual bug reports it is possible to search for either category
using the advanced search in Launchpad.

As hggdh mentioned these should almost always be removed from public bug
reports.
