Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, nothing will be done on it,
because:
1. this mailing list deals with issues on the triaging of bugs --
doubts, change of procedures, etc. It is not meant to be used to report
bugs;
2. Ubuntu does not use mailing lists to report bugs, anyway.
The Best way to report a new bug is (in order of preference):
* run, from a terminal, 'ubuntu-bug <package>', where <package> is the
package name;
* go to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu, select the "Report a bug"
link, and follow the instructions.
No matter what, there is *nothing* that can be done on your email
report, even if it were to be accepted: you did not provide any hard
data, like Ubuntu version, if it is Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Xubuntu, etc.
Without hard data, the only thing we would be able to do is to ask for
more data...

I have never seen it, so I have no position ;-)
But you could propose it -- please go to
http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/to do it.
Cheers,
