I've seen a lot of mentor requests on this list lately, but no responses
to them. I also see that there are quite a few mentors at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BugSquad/Mentors that do not currently have any
mentees.

So, how is the match-making between mentors and mentees supposed to
work? It seems to me, like that part is not functioning correctly and
that we might lose a lot of good people as a result. :-(
