Cirtainly it is my understanding that the page you mention has the
outline of the proceedure and steps required to achieve applying for
mentorship and for advertising mentorship.  That said there are still a
number of requests coming to this list implying at least to me that
there is a page somewhere which mentions that as the correct proceedure
and needs updating.

I will also note that the page still says its a work in progress, I am
wondering who is working on the proceedure there?

Can anyone enlighten us?  Also if anyone knows where the reference to
applying to this list is in the Wiki could they report it here, so we
can update the referneces to point to the new procedure.
