Hello Joël,

For joinging bugControl you *must* show expertise on bug management
on Ubuntu. You, as you state, has not triaged bugs yet. Although we
are happy you are willing to help, we cannot accept your application
to bugControl *without* triage experience.

As such, I am declining your application for the moment. Please do
triage and, when you feel you are ready and with experience, please
reapply.
