The documentation in the Ubuntu wiki:

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Apport/DeveloperHowTo#Bug_patterns

I also talked about this during the last Ubuntu Developer Week:

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MeetingLogs/devweek1107/WorkingWithApportBugs

I'm happy to review any and all merge proposals for bug patterns.

Thanks!
