Hi Alberto,
Rather than define the papercut as "insignificant", it is better to
define it as "*trivial to fix*" or "*suspected to be a trivial fix*".
The /bug reporters //need not know///if the bug is "trivial to fix", it
would be the triager's task to identify if the bug can be fixed without
too much effort and which point it can be included as a papercut.
'Insignificant' implies a wrong and an inappropriate meaning here.
Btw, you are doing good job trying to wrangle the papercuts project.
