That doesn't work either, Alberto.
If there's not enough information to diagnose a bug, we should ask for
that information and Incomplete the bug, not Invalid the bug.
The reason for the extra verbosity is to distinctively separate it from
Incomplete, which states:
Incomplete:
* If you have to ask the reporter questions, set the report to Incomplete.
* When you ask the reporter to provide any necessary information in a
comment, ...
...
As it currently stands, the Invalid rule supersedes that, which is NOT
what should be done.
