Awesome decision.  Julian is one of the most courteous, skilled and
patient devs I've had the pleasure to interact with. We've worked
together on a number of occasions both in Debian and Ubuntu and one of
the tickets he listed was reported by me.  He went beyond the call of
duty to explain what is going on and was always eager to really get to
the bottom of a problem.
