Hi,

I would like the canonical-ubuntu-qa team to join ubuntu-bugcontrol.

Team members, even if not Ubuntu Developers, actively work on testing
and improving quality of the Ubuntu archive. The team maintains the
Ubuntu error tracker, deals with apport crash reports, and reviews bugs
reported in the ISO tracker.

Most team members already have experience in working with bugs, and
already act on Ubuntu bugs using me or other Ubuntu developers as a proxy.

I will make sure that team members are familiar with how private
information can may be present in bug reports, in particular in apport
crash reports.

The canonical-ubuntu-qa team has all the requirements for joining:

* The team is restricted.

* Team members are required to sign the Ubuntu CoC.
  Being a Canonical team, Canonical policies also apply.

* I will mentor new members on Ubuntu Bug Control policies.

* I am a member of ubuntu-bugcontrol via ubuntu-core-dev and via
  canonical-server.
