Hello everybody,

I just looked through our list of governance boards and when folks are
due for expiry. Here's what I found:

 - 2010-12-17: IRC Council: Benjamin Rubin, Jussi Schultink
 - 2010-12-21: Edubuntu Council: everybody
 - 2011-01-19: Developer Membership Board: Cody Somerville,
               Colin Watson, Emmet Hikory, Michael Bienia,
               Soren Hansen, Stéphane Graber
 - 2011-04-02: Forums Council: everybody

Hopefully this will give us all time to prepare. The process we try to
