I'm in the Southern Hemisphere so this is the middle of the Summer for
me it is good to read about cycling over there. Here in South Africa we
cycle right through the winter as the weather is normally quite nice.
You basically need a light jacket to start with but can take it off most
Winter mornings after a couple of Kilometers. 

No Snow, Ice or anything like that though. It also does not rain in
Winter where I live.

So come take a nice long cycling holiday down here ...
