Just an FYI.  When using the Launchpad API Incomplete used to include
Incomplete with response and Incomplete without response.  This no
longer seems to be the case:

In [10]: len(ubuntu.searchTasks(status="Incomplete"))
Out[10]: 0

I've opened a bug task about this in http://launchpad.net/bugs/872496
but Robert indicated that searching for both types of Incomplete would
be more precise.  Well that and I'd get the results I want right away.
