Hello.

I willing to help out with the book design.  I worked on the design
for the Ubuntu manual project.

Currently the design for the developers' manual is the same as the
Ubuntu manual except someone's switched to the Ubuntu font.

Someone at the top of the conference call had expressed some concerns
about the book design but I'm not sure who it was.  I wanted to get a
better idea of what your concerns were.

Also, on the markup side of things, are there any markup elements that
you are missing?
