One issue with this: right-to-left langs don't work for PDFs right now. Other 
outputs are fine. See

Regarding localizing pdf FONTs: doctemplate font selections for pdfs have 
per-lingua defaults, which are configurable per project, with a tad of work, 
which I need to doc out.
