Hi all,

So, we're winding down Natty, it's time to wind down this manual.
Looking it over, we've got a lot of good content in place, I think a few
good scrubs, and then some screenshots, we'll have something really
compelling.

However, I need a little bit of help to get us there.

1. I pushed a new chapter, but I don't know if I did it quite right. I
copied an older chapter and edited it for the new content, I hope that
helped.
2. I am going to be on a plane tomorrow. I would like to get a pdf
printed out to take with me, and then I'll be able to edit the chapters
and stuff. It's just easier to review the content when it's printed. (I
wish I had a tablet :( ).

Can someone make the pdf for me, or tell me how to make it, especially
with my new chapter included?
