I was using eeeXubuntu before Ubuntueee but have the same problem now as before.  The webcam does not work.

The install is set to finish and the webcam is enabled in the bios.

In Skype the light comes on. In UCView the image is black and then the program freezes (with or without Compiz enabled).

I switched from eeeXubuntu as I couldn't get a definitive answer to resolve the problem.  Hopefully someone can help :)
