The problem with the array.org entry may be a mal-formed deb line. 
What exactly is the deb line for the array.org server? (Sorry, I haven't had a chance to install RC1 yet, to see for myself.)   It should be:

deb http://www.array.org/ubuntu hardy eeepc

Bug description:
When trying to update the software repo I get the following error:
