Jonathon Hodges proposed the following answer:
Administration -> Partition Editor.

Be careful and !back up! before you try repartitioning.  I've broken a
drive before by trying to reduce the size of a Windows partition to give
Linux more room using GParted.  That's in a cardboard box on my shelf,
waiting until I figure out how to fix the boot record on that drive.  Or
something similar.

I'm ashamed to admit I did that.
