I keep seeing references on how some people have installed VLC.

I am new to Ubuntu EEE. I have read the wiki, searched the wiki, but can't find my answer.

I loaded synaptic, but VLC wasn't in the list of apps.

Could someone tell me what source I need to look to for how to install VLC?
