Public bug reported:

I have an Asus eee 4G. With the original Xandros OS, when I switched a
Skype video conversation to ful screen, the video also got fullscreen,
filling the available area. With Ubuntu EEE 8.04.1, the Skype window
goes fullscreen, but the video itself remains thumbnail sized, in the
middle of the screen.
