Same on my 901.  I upgraded from 8.4.1 rather than did a clean install
of EP 1.0.

Bug description:
Hey,

I am running Easy Peasy 1.0 on a eee 900. When I press the mute button (fn+f7) the sound never muts and the volume applet only blinks the mute symbol for a second. Using the applet to mute the computer works fine though.
