Hey Garret,

Latest news on that is that Intrepid will have Kernel version 2.6.27 in it 
which will include the newest solution for people like you and me.  For now 
go here to get it to work:

When Intrepid gets into beta I will start testing myself....

Bug description:
Binary package hint: linux-restricted-modules

The Eee PC has non-working wireless out of the box. A patch is available from the madwifi website:

I'd like to have working wireless in hardy, without having to patch/compile manually :)
