Event:
1. Event date should be known at least 2-3 month before the event.

Network:
1. We should have the hall(s) covered with wifi. 
2. Setup an FTP server. Files for session like Ubuntu iso, libraries should be downloadable from this server.

Help desk:
1. We should have at least 3-4 helpdesk members.
2. They should have laptops to help in attendance registrations.

Marketing:
1. Partnerships should be formed at least a month earlier to the event.
2. Newspapers should be contacted to publicize the event.
3. Blogs.
4. Sister communities
