Samar is the current admin in ubuntu-eg-women. We said the manager will
most probably be the first to join anyway unless the group members ask to
change him/her.

How about all three ? Each one of them is in a different governorate.

This was the initial proposal, but should we start doing this now ? I mean
there is no material ready for this for any of the groups, and I think we
actually mentioned that joining would be open and the person's activity
will be monitored inside the group.

To remind you we mentioned that there will be some kind of material for the
new comer to read and s/he will pass through something like a test to
ensure that new comers have the least required knowledge for a certain FG.
But currently all the FG guides lack this information.

Do you guys have any idea on how to monitor support squad ? Especially that
most of their work is outside launchpad.

3. Accept or refuse tasks assigned to that FG(or one of it's members)

As I mentioned before (in this email) about ubuntu-eg-women we actually
said we shouldn't complicate stuff. If the community requires a change we
will gladly make the change. And it shouldn't be the council's
responsibility to choose the managers ( I mean after the initial choice).
