Yes, I have many things, but I can't focus on it now and I'm going to miss
some action in the near future, although I think it's more like a
mailinglist than a real fg.

You're active with giving support on al channels, so +1 Toulan.

I'm not sure of their availability. let's postpone this point for a while?

Toulan, it's us who are going to make these docs and us who are currently
managing FGs, and it's not a big deal. But your point is valid, I'm trying
to enhance now.

and we said making it widely open will stack inactive ppl inside. We have a
problem that if we got some completely idle member inside an FG, what are
we going to do with her/him? Yes, it's going to be embarrassing to ask
her/him to leave, so, we need to put it clear that these FGs are not places
to spin down and grow your laziness(though I feel lazy right now ;D)

Yes, help me to do it then...

Man, frankly, I think monitoring FGs' members won't help a lot if you have
an idle member(and even managers won't monitor anything, not constantly
atleast). For support, if the manager is a supporter too, of course s/he
will notice ppl in action and faded ones. We can escape this by having
periodic assessment for FGs, what you guys think?

Agreed ;)
Actually, what I meant by urging picking managers is, to make the
accepting/refusing of proposing FG members more consistent than now!
Myself, I don't really care about managers :)
