[Bug 1229585] [NEW] Cannot load file if UTF-8 international character in path
Public bug reported:
On a swedish system ~/Downloads/ is ~/Hämtningar/. To reproduce bug,
store a file in that directory and try to open it in emacs. Message
window says:
apply: Setting current directory: filen eller katalogen finns inte,
~/Hämtningar/
"File or directory does not exist, ~/Hämtningar/"
