Re: Ubuntu Gaming Cafe
Hey, pretty good idea :) I had a similar one a while back, just a general
cafe based on introducing people to foss and open culture (in south africa),
but I move around to much in for something like that to be feasible. It does
have many interesting aspects though, as there are lots of things that you
would be able to sell/do at such a shop, like host game development nights
or donate to a project to get your own personalized cafe game.
Definitely put things like Copiz on the desktops with demonstrations on how
to use them, that often has a very big "wow" factor..
One problem, if I recall correctly, is that Wine and LAN gaming doesn't work
too well (I might be mistaken, or the issues fixed, though). I should
actually do some tests...
