Even control-center missing decorations, reported before has been fixed. I realy don't know if is because last updates or because I've installed vmware-tools.

Again this is an intentional upstream design decision, many GNOME 3.10 apps will be like this, just that they are not yet in the Trusty archives. by 3.12 I expect all core GNOME apps to be like this.

I'll check again when alpha 2 or next version is out to test.

Also, something I've noticed twice in this process, is that applying the ppa and only running "apt-get upgrade" fails to apply all so you must run "apt-get dist-upgrade". Is that expected behavior or am I doing something wrong?
