[Ubuntugnome-qa] [Trusty Tahr Roadmap] Tasks of Each Sub-Team & Full Report

Hi,

I know this email is late but as they say "never too late." :)

Months ago, I have created many blueprints and assigned these to our Sub-Teams. Each Sub-Teams of Ubuntu GNOME has some blueprints that define the plans and goals for this cycle (Trusty Tahr).

Alpha 2 has been released and Beta 1 will be released later in this month. Planning stage is over and closed. No further planning for this cycle. Whatever in mind and we couldn't achieve it for this cycle, I highly recommend that you take a note of your idea, put that on a paper or text file and after we release Trusty Tahr, only then it is time to share that idea and it can be done via the Blueprints, as always.
However, there might be some exceptions like 'plan change' or something urgent that needs to be done. I think that mainly will be with the development part. As for the 4 teams I am in charge of:
Wiki + QA + Marketing and Communications + Brainstorming
No major plans whatsoever for now.

We're now at the 'do' phase.
Whatever has been agreed to and planned, it is now time to actually do it and move forward.

Below is a list of each team's tasks:

1- Wiki and Docs Team:

2- QA Team:

3- Marketing & Communications Team:

4- Packaging Team:

5- Brainstorming Team:

6- Artwork Team:

7- Translations:

8- Others:
