as a source for the version tracker

You can run germinate on your own computer if you like. Here's the
command I used:

germinate -s ubuntu-gnome.quantal -d quantal -c \
main,restricted,universe -S http://people.ubuntu.com/~jbicha/seeds/

Thanks Robert Ancell for setting up the version tracker for us! The
Desktop Team has used a similar tracker for a while now.
