Hello,

I just update ubuntu-gnome-default-settings to include plymouth theme,
it is using the blue blinds script from Tim and some new colors for
grub and text mode theme. The package gnome-desktop-meta is also
updated to include  plymouth theme dependency.

So, do I need to propose branch for merging directly on
lp:ubuntu/ubuntu-gnome-default-settings or somewhere else?
