Please sync hamlib 1.2.10-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

I have tested this hamlib package extensively on Lucid (and Karmic).
It builds fine on both platforms.  Attached are build and install logs
from Lucid.

hamlib (1.2.10-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Install omitted modules: rs, spid (Closes: #571180, LP: #526813).
  * Cherry-pick Yaesu FT-767GX frequency fix (Closes: #571175, LP: #526749)
    - upstream trunk svn revision 2766 [Steve Conklin].
  * Add package Homepage: http://www.hamlib.org/.
  * Fix some lintian warnings.
