Hi PeterPall and melchiaros-

I have just uploaded the latest upstream version of the xnec2c (2.1beta)
package to Debian.  Since this version is marked as a "beta", I've only
uploaded it to Debian's "experimental" repository for now;  We will
consider promoting it to the main Debian and Ubuntu repositories after a
brief testing interval.

I also integrated the xnec2c.desktop file supplied by PeterPall into
that package.  Thanks for your contribution, PeterPall!

For current and recent Ubuntu versions, that xnec2c package is also now
available in the Ubuntu Hams PPA.  I would appreciate your feedback in
testing this version:

  Hello, there!

  The xnec2c is trying to provide its own start menu entry by poviding the file /usr/share/menu/xnec2c.
  Unfortunately this approach seems to file. Please provide a .desktop file in /usr/share/applications instead.
