    - build-dep: added intltool
    - patches: dropped autoconf generated files
    - watch: updated
    - bumped standards version to 3.9.4

  xnec2c lacks a .desktop file.

Bug description:
  Hello, there!

  The xnec2c is trying to provide its own start menu entry by poviding the file /usr/share/menu/xnec2c.
  Unfortunately this approach seems to file. Please provide a .desktop file in /usr/share/applications instead.
