PLEASE DO NOT PROPAGATE 1.9.8 ANY MORE --- IT IS BROKEN

The break is in the online maps.  They are NO LONGER AVAILABLE ONLINE

The CVS install of 1.9.9 SOURCE CODE is the only problem free version
at this time.
