Fyi - the installation notes have been (finally) updated to include
Ubuntu version 11.04.

Installation from source is almost identical to 10.10 - only the libdb
(Berkeley) package changed.

I also added a new binary (deb) package for 11.04 - built from source
obtained from CVS yesterday.
